Why Emberfield exists

Emberfield grew out of years of working alongside thoughtful, curious, creative young people who struggled to remain well in systems that were never designed with them in mind. Over time, it became clear that many young people do not need more pressure or intervention — they need calm structure, meaningful relationships, time to think, and space to grow into themselves.
