At Emberfield Growth, we believe that children flourish when the adults around them feel informed, supported and connected. Parent Consultancy exists to offer exactly that.
This service is led by Charlotte Green — learning and development professional, parent advocate, and one of the Guardians of Emberfield Growth — in consultation with its Founder, Fenella Buchanan.
Charlotte Green
Charlotte is the parent of neurodiverse children with lived experience of mainstream education's limitations. She brings both professional experience and lived understanding to this work. As Strategic and Operational Peer at Emberfield, she ensures everything we offer remains values-led, relationally grounded and genuinely aligned with the needs of the young people and families we serve.
Charlotte's role is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you explore your options, understand the landscape you are navigating, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Whether you are at the beginning of a long journey or somewhere in the middle of it, you do not need to carry it alone.

Ages: 9–16. Investment: £15,000 per year (Inclusive of all mentoring, materials, and ASDAN fees). Location: Buckinghamshire, UK. Legal Status:Emberfield Growth Ltd is a registered company (No. 16846099) operating as a specialist alternative provision and private mentoring practice. Parents retain full legal responsibility for their child's education. Placements: All placements are governed by a formal Family Placement Agreement, provided at induction. Safeguarding: Emberfield Growth holds a full Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy, available on request.
